The works included the replacement of the entire services infrastructure, incorporating the introduction of air conditioning throughout the building. The project also involved the complete remodelling and rationalisation of 250 bedrooms and associated corridors, resulting in a more efficient layout and the creation of a range of both single and double suite accommodations.

Proposed development of a golf club and hotel set within 350 acres of agricultural land near Ely. The clubhouse was designed at the scale of a country house in an ebullient Baroque style, featuring formal reception rooms, guest suites, club facilities, a restaurant, and a concealed basement car park. The surrounding landscape design incorporated classical follies and preserved historic woodland features.
