Dean brings leadership and management experience from a career in the Military, where he led teams in challenging environments, followed by senior roles on major UK construction projects. He holds an academic background in engineering and project management from London South Bank University and has studied Business Administration at international business schools.
This combination of leadership, technical expertise, and business training supports his ability to lead teams and deliver results across complex projects.
Robert is a Chartered Project Manager with extensive experience delivering complex, high-value projects, particularly in the super prime residential sector across London, the Home Counties, and internationally. He has a strong track record of managing projects from inception to completion, with a focus on meeting the specific requirements of private clients.
Robert specialises in leading multi-disciplinary teams and navigating the demands of luxury developments with clarity and precision. He values close client collaboration and consistently seeks practical, tailored solutions that add value throughout the project lifecycle.
Katie is a specialist project leader with over 15 years’ experience delivering complex heritage, cultural, and high-end residential projects. With an MSc in Conservation and a BA in Archaeology, she combines deep sector knowledge with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
Katie brings a thoughtful and creative approach to achieving client goals within the constraints of historic settings; the ability to manage complexity without losing sight of detail, reducing the pressure on clients and ensuring confident decision-making; and a track record of driving projects forward and delivering high-quality outcomes, on time, on budget, and in line with vision.

Christopher is a Director and Chartered Quantity Surveyor with full membership of RICS. He brings broad technical expertise across quantity surveying, project management, employer’s agent roles, contract administration, expert witness services, bank monitoring, development appraisals, feasibility studies, procurement, dispute resolution, and fire insurance valuations.
He has delivered projects across a range of sectors, including education, residential (bespoke and multiple), religious, commercial, retail, industrial, leisure, elderly care, and heritage. His experience covers new build, refurbishment, restoration, change of use, fire damage repair, and both speculative and owner-occupier schemes.
Waheed is an Associate Director with over 25 years of experience delivering projects across a wide range of sectors, including education, government, healthcare, residential, leisure, and utilities. His project portfolio spans values from £1 million to £500 million, with roles covering cost management, project monitoring and due diligence, project management, and risk management.
Notable work includes new university facilities and term maintenance contracts, NHS hospital developments and refurbishments, high-end residential schemes, and infrastructure projects such as water and sewage frameworks and electrical substations. He has also delivered government projects for the MOD, MOJ, and nuclear sectors. His experience extends across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
Denis Rowan is an Associate Director with over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. A Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), Denis has developed a broad skillset working with both private and public sector clients. His role spans the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility studies through to final account settlement.
Denis has delivered projects across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, hotels, education, defence, residential, and heritage buildings. His experience covers both pre- and post-contract stages, ensuring comprehensive cost management and strategic advice throughout. He brings a practical and informed approach to each commission, underpinned by decades of sector knowledge.
Anneka Shah is an Associate Director with a BA, MSc and MRICS accreditation, bringing valuable expertise in Cost Management and Employer’s Agent services across both the commercial and residential sectors. Based in London, Anneka has developed a strong track record of delivering high-profile projects by combining her technical knowledge with a collaborative approach. Highly driven and detail-oriented, she builds strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and successfully.
She has extensive experience in the super-prime residential and office development sectors, where she has delivered cost management services throughout both the pre-contract and post-contract stages.
