Selway Joyce has turned 68, and we’ve had reason to celebrate. Surrounded by colleagues, partners and clients, we marked the occasion with an evening on a rooftop bar in London. The view stretched over the city where it all began for us, a reminder of how far we’ve come.
We started in 1957 as a small agency in London. One office, a handful of people, a lot of ambition. Over the years, we’ve grown steadily, opening in Winchester, Manchester and most recently Nice, in the South of France. Each move brought new energy, new people and new perspectives.
Along the way, we’ve worked with some remarkable teams. Architects who see possibility in every line; contractors who bring precision and pride to every detail. One project that still stands out is our work on a listed building in Mayfair, a balance of heritage and modern comfort that tested every skill we had and showed the strength of our collaborations.
Our work has taken us into the prime property world, where expectations are high and standards even higher. That challenge keeps us sharp. It’s what drives us to keep learning, adapting and refining how we work.
Looking back on 68 years, there’s pride in what we’ve achieved, but there’s also a sense of momentum. We’ve built a strong foundation, one project and one relationship at a time. The celebration in London wasn’t just about the past; it was a nod to the future and the people who will shape it with us.
