We have considerable experience in this sector, especially in the high-end, private, residential market. We have enjoyed a great deal of repeat business from our close links with established and internationally renowned architects, as well as client and developer recommendations. Our portfolio includes, both refurbishment and new build projects in all areas of the country for private individuals, developers, public institutions, etc.

These include new build properties/estates on virgin farmland, complete refurbishments of existing properties often with significant extensions/re-configuration. We are also extensively involved with the sensitive refurbishment of listed residential properties (see Heritage section).

We recognise that close contact with the client and design team throughout the life of the project ensures that cost control is maintained. We are also fully aware that in this sector professional knowledge is not enough, we also need to be sensitive and responsive on a personal level to the client’s requirements and priorities.

Our staff never forget that to many of our clients, the building is not a house, but their home.

We have experience in multiple residential planning submissions in London and throughout southern England and Wales.  Developments include the small scale infill projects, change of use refurbishments up to complete new estates including houses and apartment blocks from affordable to the luxury end of the market.
