Commercial projects have included both speculative and owner occupied premises ranging up to 125,000ft² of floor area.
Projects include new build and refurbishment offices, upgrading of building fabric, fit-outs, a shopping village, rationalisation of site services and infrastructure works to fire reinstatement valuations for individual shops. Project values range from £0.50 million to in excess of £30 million.
We are often involved from very early feasibility stage including input into setting of budgets for future years and strategic planning of site development.
