Who We Are

Committed to Excellence

With over 50 years experience we have a formidable client list including commercial, retail and leisure organisations, developers, Local Authorities and Parish Councils, trusts and charities, estates, universities, and numerous private individuals.

We are involved in many sectors of the construction industry including residential, schools and colleges, industrial and commerical, elderly care and community services, hotels and sports facilities, art galleries, music centres, museums and libraries, heritage and religious buildings.

Testament to the service we provide is the extent of repeat business we enjoy with many multiple client commissions. Recent contract values range from £100,000 to £50 million.

Our success lies in our staff – our greatest asset. Most have been with us for many years. They are a loyal, dedicated, highly professional team with an open-minded approach to each commission who not only do an outstanding job for each client but ‘go the extra mile’.

We are a registered RICS training organisation with many successful candidates to our credit. We operate from our office in Winchester with commissions throughout the UK.
